Website information and clinical records

Sovi’s website lets you browse treatments, compare prices, and follow links to hosted intake and portal services. This website does not contain a medical-history questionnaire or payment form. Medical intake and payment information are entered in the separate hosted service.

Information you provide to Sovi

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, address your request, and maintain the correspondence needed to follow up. Please use the secure patient portal for clinical information rather than ordinary email.

Support correspondence is handled through our email service. We may need to direct clinical or account questions to the relevant service’s secure support process. Sending an email does not enroll you in marketing.

Website analytics and browser storage

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our public website to understand visits, referring websites, broad location and browser or device categories, and page performance. Performance measurements include loading speed, responsiveness, and layout stability. This helps us maintain and improve the website.

Reports include the public pages visited and page-load measurements. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not log URL query strings. We do not add treatment-category, payment-plan, or dosage selections as custom analytics events.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors. Sovi does not save treatment-category or payment-plan choices in browser storage; these choices are held only while the page is open. We do not send medical questionnaires, patient records, payment details, email addresses, or account identifiers to Web Analytics.

Analytics is limited to the public Sovi website. The separate hosted intake, payment, and patient-portal services have their own privacy practices. Our public website does not use advertising pixels, session replay, chat tools, or email-marketing integrations. Cloudflare also provides website delivery and protection against malicious or automated traffic. These services process connection and request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and security signals. Security features may use cookies to recognize a completed security challenge or help distinguish automated traffic. These security cookies serve a different purpose from Web Analytics. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.

Opening intake and other websites

A product’s intake link contains identifiers that tell the hosted service which program or product you selected. The website does not currently send your payment-plan or dosage choices through additional intake parameters. Confirm your choices in the intake service before continuing.

When you open another website, your browser connects directly to that service and provides connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The destination’s privacy practices apply. This website does not send page selections to those services beyond the product and program identifiers described above.

Access, retention, and protection

We retain support correspondence as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide related follow-up, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. The retention period depends on the nature of the request and those purposes. Our email service processes support correspondence, and Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes website delivery, security, and analytics information as described above and in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Information processed by service providers is also subject to their applicable retention practices. Contact us with questions or requests concerning information you provide to Sovi.

No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Avoid including sensitive health or financial information in ordinary email. Clinical record requests should follow the process in OpenLoop’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your requests and choices

Contact Sovi to ask about information in your support correspondence or request access, correction, or deletion. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information; we will not ask you to email your password or full payment card number.

You can browse without contacting support and choose whether to follow an external intake link. The treatment programs are intended for adults, not children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to Sovi.

Policy updates

We will update this policy when the website’s practices change and identify the revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a change takes effect.
